Here are some measures you can take to care for your Swe Me jewelry:

• Avoid exposing your jewelry to chemicals - especially makeup and alcohol (perfumes, deodorant, etc.)
• To avoid scratches, make use of the pouch provided with the piece when you’re retiring it for storage.
• Keep your jewelry in a space away from direct sunlight and humidity.
• Avoid exposure to water.
• Avoid any hard and harsh impacts on the jewelry. These may result in discoloration & damage.

• Orders will not be processed until full payment is received.
• Ready-to-ship jewelry will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.
• Pre-order pieces will require 4-6 weeks to ship.
• Orders for pre-order pieces cannot be canceled once placed. Our automated processes ensure that once payment is processed, the piece goes straight into production.
• We do not provide refunds. You can opt for an exchange or return the product to receive a gift card of the same amount which will remain valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. Please note that the reimbursement of any duties, taxes, and/or handling costs will depend on your country’s policies.
• Returns for exchanges must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Exchanges are free, subject to a limit of 3 times per order.
• Jewelry approved for return must be received in its new and unused state, in perfect condition along with the original packaging and sales invoice. This includes all packaging, pouches, and authenticity cards.
• Returns that do not meet our policy may not be approved.
• Bespoke, engraved, embossed, or personalized creations cannot be returned for an exchange or refund.

Due to our delicate handmade craftsmanship, all our titanium jewelry is guaranteed on defects in material and workmanship for a period of 90 days from delivery. All gold and diamond pieces come with a one-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering any defects in materials or craftsmanship. We will repair any damage caused due to manufacturing defects within this time frame, at no extra charge. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty.

Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis.
