SWE ME’s ("SWE ME", "we", "us") website www.sweme.com and related services (our "Site") are managed by SWE ME, which is the trade name of Sweta Mehta FZCO, having its registered office in Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, having registration number DSO-FZCO-12595.
Any natural or legal person who accesses and/or uses the Site in any manner (“you” or “your”) or uses any current or future service or functionality or offer made available on the Site or orders any products made available for purchase on the Site (“Service” or “Services”) will be subject to these Terms & Conditions for use of the Site, as updated from time to time. Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using or accessing the Site or availing any Service. By using the Site or availing any Service, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and accordingly deemed to have executed this Terms & Conditions.
Please note that we may from time to time, modify the Terms & Conditions that govern your usage of the Site. Every time you wish to use our Site, please check these Terms & Conditions to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions that apply at that time. Further, please note that we reserve the right to either change the format and the content of the Site or suspend the operation of the Site for support or maintenance work, to update the content or for any other reason, at any time. If you do not agree to any change to the Terms & Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made to the Terms & Conditions after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and are fully competent to enter these Terms & Conditions as yourself or through a person of full legal capacity either exercising parental or other legal authority to enter into a contract on your behalf.
The accessing, browsing, or otherwise using the Site indicates your agreement to these Terms & Conditions, the Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines that may be applicable to the Site at the time of your access and usage of the Site and which may be updated from time to time (collectively, the “Terms of Usage”).
Registration and Creating an Account
To make purchases on this Site and/or avail any Service thereof, you will first need to register for an account on the Site. At the time of registration, you will be required to provide the necessary details about yourself as may be required by us for the purpose of creating an account for you. The information provided by you must be true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Should any of your registration information change, please notify us immediately at the following e-mail address customercare@sweme.com. We may also change registration requirements from time to time.
The account password you create for your account should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify SWE ME immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. You remain solely liable for all the actions undertaken through your account.
You may also create an account using the login credentials of an account maintained by you with a SWE ME-integrated third-party (illustratively, Google or Facebook), in which case you will also be subject to the relevant third-party terms and conditions applicable to such account.

Should you have any issues with your account or require any assistance in relation to your account, please do not hesitate to contact our Support team at support@sweme.com. However, please note that we can only communicate with the named account holder in relation to any questions, changes, or cancellation of an account.
Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, follow the ‘Forgot your password’ instructions on the LOG IN page. For security reasons we are unable to send your password via email.
Eligibility to Purchase
To make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details, and shall warrant the same to be valid and correct, in addition to confirming that you are the person referred to in the Shipping/Billing Information, which must match, or have duly authorized. In the event the addresses don’t match, in accordance with company policy, customercare@sweme.com will contact you requesting for a passport photo ID that matches the details of the credit card used for the purchase. As this is a mandatory requirement, your order can only be processed upon receiving the proof of identity. SWE ME will store a record of your personal data only for as long as is necessary and as long as it is required by applicable law as more fully explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Site is available to individuals only who meet the SWE ME terms of eligibility, and who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank from a country or region acceptable to SWE ME. Your applications or request must be found acceptable by SWE ME to process the charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase.
Jewelry purchased by the buyer should be for personal or gift use and should not be re-sold, used for commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. In addition, SWE ME may restrict the quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where SWE ME feels necessary and, to the extent permitted by the applicable laws, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you to conduct appropriate anti-fraud and/or KYC checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference, fraud prevention agency or law enforcement, who may keep a record of that information.
You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and are fully competent to place orders with SWE ME or that you hold a position of parental authority/legal guardianship if you are a person having age less than 18 years.

Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the www.sweme.com or quoted by customer service are in AED.
If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in AED, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
SWE ME reserves the right to modify prices and delivery costs at any time without prior notice.
From time to time, prices are subject to change in response to currency exchange rate changes, markdowns, and other commercial factors. The price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of the jewelry. If we discover a patent error in the pricing of a jewelry piece in your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept or fulfil an order for a piece of jewelry that was advertised at an incorrect price, provided that the error was recognizable, and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted. If you order a jewelry piece that is patently priced incorrectly, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled and we shall refund the applicable amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
Acceptance of Your Order
Orders will not be processed until full payment is received. Where required, in accordance with UAE Law, additional documents may be requested. In this case, customercare@sweme.com will contact you requesting for a passport photo ID that matches the details of the credit card used for the purchase. As this is a mandatory requirement, your order can only be processed upon receiving the proof of identity. SWE ME will store a record of your personal data only for as long as is necessary and as long as it is required by applicable law.
Your order is an irrevocable offer to buy the jewelry, or any other products listed on our Site. Before proceeding to purchase, please check the order details and correct any possible errors as orders once placed cannot be cancelled or altered by you. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from us acknowledging the details of your order, an order summary of each product and the price.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or there is a patent error in its pricing or description, or that you do not meet any other eligibility criteria set out within the Terms & Conditions.
We may also refuse to process and therefore not accept a transaction for any reason or refuse Service to anyone at any time when the transaction or Service does not comply with our business policy, or in the event where there are reports or suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity. In these events, we will not be liable for refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. In case payments have been received, the refund issued would be the amount received by SWE ME net of all charges and expenses incurred including but not limited to banking charges, exchange rates or taxes and the charges to be incurred for effecting the refund to the customer. To the extent permitted by the Applicable Law, we will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether that merchandise has been pre-sold, or our removal, screening or editing of any materials or content on the Site. Our policy is to focus on serving individual consumers. As such, we retain the discretion to refuse orders that, in our assessment, are not placed by individuals for personal use but by individuals aiming to procure our products or Service for commercial or professional objectives.
Payment Methods
Credit Card
SWE ME currently accepts the following payment methods, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. These methods may change from time to time.
By processing the purchase, you confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to SWE ME, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Gift Card
If you have any valid Gift Card amount, you can redeem the same during check-out. You shall pay any remaining balance with a card of your choice as mentioned above.
Dispatch, Shipping, and Insurance
Orders for ready-to-ship SWE ME Jewelry will be processed and dispatched (on a best endeavor basis) within 3 working days from the time the orders were accepted by SWE ME.
Pre-order pieces will take 4-6 weeks to dispatch from the time the orders are accepted by SWE ME.
Shipping on all orders is free, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
All orders are currently shipped through DHL Express and require at least 2-3 working days to deliver from the time of dispatch. Delays in shipping are not the responsibility of SWE ME, however, we work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential impact of delays. SWE ME is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
If delivery is delayed by any event outside of our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps, on a best endeavor basis, to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided we do this, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to cancel your order and we will give you a refund for any goods you have paid for but not received. The refund issued would be the amount received by SWE ME net of all charges and expenses incurred including but not limited to banking charges, exchange rates or taxes and the charges to be incurred for effecting the refund to the customer.
SWE ME has an insurance covering any loss, destruction, theft, or damage during transportation/transit of SWE ME Jewelry. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified address and signed for, they are no longer covered by our insurance.
Taxes and Duties
For shipments within the UAE taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout. For other countries; taxes, duties and handling costs will be calculated once your shipment arrives at the destination and will be payable to DHL directly.
Please note that the reimbursement of any duties, taxes and/or handling costs will depend on your country’s policies and cannot be refunded by SWE ME.
Warranty
Due to the delicate handmade craftsmanship, SWE ME Jewelry made of titanium shall have a limited warranty against defects involving material and manufacturing, of 90 days from the date of delivery. SWE ME Jewelry made of gold and diamond shall be on a limited warranty of 12 months from the date of delivery. Within these periods, SWE ME will repair or replace any jewelry that have manufacturing defects, at no additional cost. Please note that this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse tampering or third-party repairs, which will void the warranty.
Repairs
Should you require a repair, please contact us at customercare@sweme.com stating the item in need of repair, the nature of the repair needed, the details of the original sales invoice, and your contact information. SWE ME at its sole discretion will approve the repair if the repair request is consistent with this policy.
If the item cannot be repaired, we may offer you a replacement of the item or you may choose to receive a Gift Card or a refund (provided that SWE ME does not dispute or contest your claim) according to the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that the reimbursement of any duties, taxes, and/or handling costs will depend on your country’s policies.
Returns Policy
Exchanges
We do not accept returns however, to make your online shopping experience convenient, subject to the Term and Conditions herein, we offer a complimentary exchange service for a Gift Card. You may, within 7 days from receiving your order, request for an exchange to be processed in accordance with the Return Policy. Each order is eligible for a maximum of 3 exchanges. Please note that the delivery of the exchanged/replacement product cannot take place until we have received the returned product(s) from you.
If there is a price difference between the items purchased and the items sought to be exchanged with, any additional amount (as applicable) will have to be paid by you. We shall not be able to provide the exchanged products until we have received the aforesaid additional payment from you. Any surplus amount to be repaid to you, if applicable, will be reimbursed to you only in the form of a Gift Card.
Returns that do not meet our policy will not be approved and will be sent back at customer’s cost. Unidentified returns will be returned to the sender at their cost.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
Gift Returns
To arrange a gift return, please email us at customercare@sweme.com for further assistance.
Receiving a Gift Card
We do not issue cash refunds for any orders however, you may, within 7 days from receiving your order, request for a return in exchange for a Gift Card to be processed. Provided the Returns Policy requirements are met, SWE ME may issue a refund in the form of a Gift Card that will be emailed to you, equal to the value of the purchase. The reimbursement of any duties, taxes and handling costs will depend on your country’s policies.
Please note that once your return has been vetted and approved, it may take up to 3 working days to email you the Gift Card. Once emailed, you have up to 12 months from the initial date of issuance to redeem the Gift Card, and upon expiry of such time period the Gift Card shall become null and void. For the avoidance of doubt, any unused Gift Card shall lapse 12 months from the initial date of issue.
We do not accept any returns or provide any exchange for a Gift Card against any bespoke, engraved, embossed or personalized creations except in cases where there have been defects in material and manufacturing.
Creating a Return
Please follow the steps below:
- Create your return through Manage Returns which can also be found at the footer of the website.
- You will be asked to enter your email after which you will receive a 6-digit code to log in.
- Select the order and specific item(s) you would like to return.
- Click on the "REQUEST RETURN" button and state the reason for return and submit your return request.
- Once the Return Request is approved by us, you will receive an email at your registered email address containing a return shipping airway bill and a pro forma invoice.
- Pack the SWE ME jewelry that you wish to return inside its original packaging, along with the pouch, original invoice, and authenticity card, and place everything inside the shipping box.
- Fill out and sign the pro forma invoice emailed to you.
- Stick the return shipping airway bill emailed to you, along with the filled and signed original pro forma invoice, securely and visibly on the outside of the shipping box.
- When the courier arrives, ensure that your shipping box is open for inspection by the courier before sealing it and handing it over.
Jewelry approved for return must be received in its new and unused state, in perfect condition along with the original packaging and sales invoice. This includes all packaging, pouches, and authenticity cards. We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
To ensure your return is covered by our free Returns Policy and reaches us promptly, the jewelry must be returned from the same country to which it was delivered. Orders sent back from a different destination may be delayed by customs and incur additional charges borne by the customer.
We prefer that shipments are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. If you choose to use any other secure means, we will not accept liability. If you intend to do this, please contact us at customercare@sweme.com
Customs Requirements for Your Return
Please ensure you fill out and sign all returns proforma invoices that have been emailed to you to ensure smooth clearance with customs. Do not combine returns from multiple orders. Attach all copies securely to the outside of the parcel, ensuring they are visible and can be removed and checked by a customs operator before releasing your package.
If the SWE ME Jewelry is intercepted by the customs authorities due to incomplete or inaccurate documentation provided by you or for any other reason whatsoever, SWE ME will not be responsible or liable for any delay or non-delivery, including, any associated costs.
Receiving a Refund
We do not issue refunds for any orders except in cases of defects in materials and manufacturing. You may, within 7 days from receiving your order, request for a return to be processed in accordance with the Return Policy. Provided that SWE ME does not dispute or contest your claim, refunds may take 7 working days to be processed from the date of approval of the refund. The refund shall be credited according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the reimbursement of any duties, taxes and/or handling costs will depend on your country’s policies.
Late Returns
The return order should be shipped back to SWE ME within 3 working days of approval of the return request, failing which you shall not be entitled to the right of return. Returns outside this time frame may be accepted at the discretion of SWE ME, based on a prior written approval obtained by emailing customercare@sweme.com.
Faulty Goods
If you discover any defects in materials or workmanship in your jewelry upon delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at customercare@sweme.com with clear photos or other supporting evidence of the defect. We will review your claim and, if substantiated, you shall return the item to us. Upon receiving the item, we shall make the final determination for issuing the refund or Gift Card as you may choose (provided that SWE ME does not dispute or contest your claim), in accordance with the terms of our Return Policy. Please note that any Refund issued would be credited according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the reimbursement of any duties and taxes will depend on your country’s policies. If you opt for a Gift Card, it will be emailed to you, equal to the value of the purchase. However, the reimbursement of any duties, taxes, and/or handling costs will depend on your country’s policies.
Colors
We have made every effort to display the colors of our jewelry that appear on SWE ME’s website or application as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of a color will be completely accurate. Furthermore, as each piece is handmade, there may be slight variations from the photographed version resulting in your piece being a beautiful one of a kind.
Non-SWE ME Returns
Please be aware that we will not be responsible for any items that are returned to us which were not purchased directly from the SWE ME website. This includes items which may have been purchased from third-party companies.
Intellectual Property Rights and Content
Your usage of the Site and its contents grants no rights to you in relation to any copyright, designs, trademarks, or any other intellectual property rights relating to the Content ("Content" shall include any graphics, photographs, all image copyrights, sounds, music, video, audio, or text on the Site), including SWE ME’s software and all HTML and other code contained in this Site. All such Content is protected by intellectual property laws and treaties. You are permitted to use the Content only as expressly authorized by SWE ME. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Content is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties. Without limiting the foregoing, copying and use of the Content to any other server, location or support for publication, reproduction or distribution is expressly prohibited.
SWE ME tries to ensure that the information on this site is accurate and complete. SWE ME cannot guarantee that SWE ME's Content is accurate or error-free. SWE ME does not promise that the functional aspects of the Site or SWE ME's Content will be error free or that this Site.
No Commercial Use
This Site is for your personal non-commercial use only. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, commercially exploit, create derivative works from, transfer, data mine or sell any Content, software, products, or services contained within this Site. You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.
Your Activity

SWE ME has not reviewed all of the websites linked to its Site and is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-site pages nor are we responsible for the availability of such external websites or resources, and do not endorse and are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for the privacy practices or the content of such websites, including (without limitation) any advertising, products or other materials or services on or available from such websites or resources, nor for any damage, loss or offence caused or alleged to be caused by, or in connection with, the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on such external websites( including but not limited to fraud) or resources to the extent permitted by the applicable law.
Quality Assurance
We shall ensure on a best endeavor basis, that any product(s) you order through this Site will be of satisfactory quality and will conform to any description given on this Site. Nothing in the Terms & Conditions is intended to affect your consumer rights in accordance with the UAE laws.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under the Terms of Usage if such failure is caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters, or any other similar event.
Our Relationship
You acknowledge and agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and SWE ME as a result of the Terms & Conditions or your use of this Site. You agree that you may not and will not hold yourself out as a representative, agent, or employee of SWE ME, and we shall not be liable for any representation, act, or omission on your part.
No Waiver
No provision in the Terms of Usage will be deemed waived and no breach excused unless such waiver or consent is in writing and signed by us. Any consent by us to, or waiver of your breach, whether expressed or implied, will not constitute consent to, waiver of, or excuse for any other different or subsequent breach.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of the Emirate of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to adjudicate and settle any disputes arising out of, or in connection with, these Terms & Conditions.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
There may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice.
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

You agree that SWE ME will not be responsible for any losses incurred by you for any orders that are cancelled, terminated, or delivered late by SWE ME including any consequential damages thereto.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SWE ME and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms & Conditions or the documents they incorporate by reference or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms & Conditions, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
Entire Agreement
