Discovery
Every commission begins with a conversation. Whether inspired by a milestone, a particular stone, an heirloom, or simply the desire to create something unique, we work closely with each client to understand the ideas, inspirations, and personal significance behind the piece.

Design Development
Concepts are explored through sketches, stone sourcing, and ongoing refinement. Each detail is carefully considered, from proportion and wearability to materials and setting, ensuring the final design reflects both the client's vision and the values of the house.

Creation
Once the design is finalised, the piece is brought to life in collaboration with our trusted manufacturing partners. Throughout the process, particular attention is paid to craftsmanship, finishing, and quality control, ensuring every commission is executed to the highest standard.
